365 Photography Challenge: Week Eight

We have been given a pretty snazzy challenge this week from Bethany! I have been very excited about it. Bethany has been learning about capturing things in motion. (She talks about Stopping Water In Its Tracks) I have tried to do this before but I always get  a little blur where the moving object should be. I really wanted to take a photo of someone mid leap, such as jumping off a step, but to do that you have to have a person. I tried with my self but it just wasn`t working out. However I did get a few with some other objects.IMG_8260

Here are my other photos for the week. (And here are Amy`s, Bethany`s, and Amalia`s.)IMG_7812This cat finds the funniest places to take a nap. She has good taste.picmonkey6IMG_7824I was trying to take selfies this day.

IMG_7959My family and I went walking around the college grounds and found this pretty little design on a little white car. IMG_8044My sister says puzzles are very relaxing to her, and I would agree. I enjoy finding things that soothe you. Her hair looks very nice falling over her shoulder.IMG_8140IMG_8113It has been raining these past few days, so what can be more fun that a purple umbrella? Happy Snapping!

I love your action pictures, Sarah girl! I, especially, am amazed by the apple falling from the tree. How did you ever get that one? Since we live in the same town, perhaps we should get together for a photo shoot sometime! I would even leap for you so you could capture your desired shot. Also, I recognize that little flower you found on someone’s car. Hmm. Where have I seen that before?

I`m afraid it was no feat, my mom and dropped it for me. 🙂 It was a little tough to push the button at the right time though. Oooh, that sounds like great fun! We`ll have to do that soon. Oh, really, you recognize it? I do wonder how that could be. 😉 I thought the little flowers had worn off, since I had not seen them in a long while, I was so glad to see that they had not!

Sarah, I love ALL your photos! I can’t even choose a favorite one this week. The little flower made me smile. I am impressed by your action photos. I love the colors and your mom’s dear hands in the apple photo. And that photo with the umbrella and your beautiful smile is just precious. I think we’ve all come a long way, don’t you, in this challenge? And I can’t wait to see what everybody comes up with next week! Happy snapping, sweetie!
