It started as just a little cough. It wasn`t bad; I could push through. Then I got to the end of the day and realized I was miserably coughing and sneezing, and it was no longer a passing cough.
We don`t recognize the things we have until they`re gone. When I had complete health I never realized it until I`d lost it. Remind yourself today that you can breathe. Isn`t that amazing? You can go outside and touch the world. Feel the life bubbling around you. Doesn`t that make you want to sing for joy? Imagine a blank, dark, dreary world with nothing in it, but we don`t have that, do we? Isn`t that wonderful?
Remember the things you have today, or they may be gone forever.
We can complain because rose bushes have thorns, or rejoice because thorn bushes have roses.
